Because simply no one bothers. That means you no need to donate to charity. Boys Town so rich buy new equipment for their kids to go mountain climbing but how many old lady still collecting card board under the rain?

So if the honest guy start to lost his control, and he is the one to blame. For this I do not see why is there a need to donate to charity organization as the principle of human being is totally wrong in Singapore.
