When I was working in Stelop Pte Ltd, and was attached to DSO. I fracture my knuckle. No one ask me to go see doctor. Imagine the working condition there for 1 year. At that time I was very quiet, and people say quiet dog bite people to death. When I go back to Stelop Pte Ltd after one year, Helen Chee told me she was a Malaysian. At that point of time, I realise there is Malaysian in Singapore. Learn new things everyday. Till now I am still pondering why she tell me that and what she hear from people. Of course, without Lee Chai Lay and Ester Lee, I do no think I can work there for so long. When I was at POSB Marine Parade, the 2 managers do not even listen properly to what people ask. For example telegraphic transfer can on be calculated from one currency to another currency. When the customer try to ask other question, the manager and the customer quarrel until very loud. Because they are just diagressing their answer instead of being knowledgeable. If the DBS management are real good, people wont have to queue 2 to 3 hours in POSB Marine Parade. And mostly old folks. Did they bother?
Some employees are still being bonded. What did DBS gave? Free degrees? One lump sum upon signing on? If you break you bond, you need to pay back. So if someone take POSB HDB loan, and they stop halfway, DBS is paying back their interest rate?
So many charity organisation people. None walk pass the toilet before? Or their eye is not tune to such things because their life is very good. If that is so, why can they work in MSF or whatsoever to formulate policies when they do not even understand. How much is their pay?

As a commoner, how are you suppose to know which political party is good and will help you? Political business is good in Singapore. Compare to other country, salary is high and you won't need to find money through corrupted ways. So if it is time to vote, cast an empty vote unless someone buy your vote in some ways. Buying things is not wrong. If not why political members walk around and ask people to support them. Nothing is free in Singapore. You want people to vote for you? Show me the money. You think City Harvest Boss is stupid? Who is City Harvest Boss?
If you are real poor, let say you are on government help. $350 per month? How much per year?

When I was young, my dad brought me to CDAC for tuition. Guess what, was being rejected. Today a aunty told me you should be generous. Give.
How do rich people be rich if they keep give and give? The aunty told me that she is not very rich and her husband also not very rich too but manage to send 2 daughters to America for studies. Send to America for studies cheaper than Singapore? She also say she met Tan Cheng Bock a few times and he is a very nice person. Always give free medical treatment to poor people. The aunty also say when she was looking to buy a house, a young guy was very poor thing and he need money. So the aunty straight away buy the house without hesitation and give the young guy $5000 more. I guess she meant cash over valuation. After that she win $10,000 lottery.
Than how about those people living in India? When they have nothing, did they gave up all? You will tell me not in terms of material they gave up all. It is the spiritual and mental. You sure their faith is not strong for their own Gods?

So assuming that there is this person either working in HDB or any developer company. Was a very generous person. Donate money to charity. So another person earn $5000 per month and still pay tax. Very generous. Spend everything. Because she believe in giving. When she is sick, no money, still need to go hospital but no money in bank. She got only one 5-room HDB fully paid. 2 kids, one in secondary school, one in primary school. Husband own a Mercedes but still on installment. Husband in between jobs but pay quite good due to experience. Husband's mother is sick and need to pay elder care to an organisation which is not cheap. What will happen to this family? Giving away $250 to his own family members is also donating. So what donate 50 cents to CDAC every month. So what donate to Boys Town and still got money buy mountain climbing equipment.

Why Singapore Police lack of Manpower
The reason is very simple. Is the officer or the higher management lack of management skill because they simply sit in office, take salary, and dont care? Or because of network or family background? Or because HR skill not good or inefficient psycho test?
All this knowledge, no need degree. Sit in Kopitiam alone, hear what old people is talking around you, will just become smart.
Sorry I am not smart. I am just a very stupid person, that why I need to ask people a lot of question, but if you can answer my question, you are smart.
I am not a quitter, so I stay in Singapore. Suffer together with Singapore. Whatever the government want to do is their problem. But do they do their job to bring about like what people always say in forum, Swiss standard of living by Mr Goh Chok Tong? But daughter dont know stay where now?
Recently I went to Bedok camp for my IPT session, late for 5 mins and was almost denial of entry and this is my first time for this year. Luckily the Officer in charge (OC) have the IQ to take down our names, because there is a few of us. And let us continue with our session. But he do not have the EQ to handle situation. Personal attack comments like you seems you are the winner, and I dont like your voice. Hell who care, I am a civilian now. If you are so great, make sure you get your IPPT Gold. You are being paid you know. If you sounds so great, make sure you are really that great. I am talking to you about the situation, seems like every uniform personnel in Singapore love personal attack. Please be more task orientated and think why people is late.
Bus 10 frequency is so infrequent. People might say please come early. Here why we are late. Last year we are told to come 15 mins earlier. So let say the session started at 7pm, got to reach by 6.45pm. But we got to wait till 7.30pm before it start. So got to wait 45 minutes?
Does the Khatib camp OC have a master degree? Why certain people reach Khatib camp from 7.16pm to 7.30pm are granted entry and some people are not?

Mr Koh resign also?
So this prove that there is really a issue in the company. Our recruiter must be more mature in Singapore. Even SMRT CFO resign after 8 months. Someone with high pay can resign in such a short time. It is normal for common workers whose pay is less than $2500 to change job also. What for staying in a company with a bad environment? That why TAFEP is useless. Wasting money open a useless company. Might as well use the money to pay more useful worker with $12 per hour. Commanding a pay of $2112 per month with 176 hours of work, employer pay $2449.92 per month from their accounting books. Is it a lot? The worker only manage to get back $1689.60 nett per month. A lot? If you are a boss, please think. Is $1689.60 real cash that can be use a lot for a person? I mean for one person. Don't talk about house, parents, kids and etc. Just one person and the person itself. A lot?
Adult transport pass $120. $20 a day for meals. $720 dollars gone. If you think my assumption is too much, your assumption than too much. Because I already take away house, parents, kids and etc. So who talk nonsense now.
