The reason is very simple. Is the officer or the higher management lack of management skill because they simply sit in office, take salary, and dont care? Or because of network or family background? Or because HR skill not good or inefficient psycho test?
All this knowledge, no need degree. Sit in Kopitiam alone, hear what old people is talking around you, will just become smart.

Recently I went to Bedok camp for my IPT session, late for 5 mins and was almost denial of entry and this is my first time for this year. Luckily the Officer in charge (OC) have the IQ to take down our names, because there is a few of us. And let us continue with our session. But he do not have the EQ to handle situation. Personal attack comments like you seems you are the winner, and I dont like your voice. Hell who care, I am a civilian now. If you are so great, make sure you get your IPPT Gold. You are being paid you know. If you sounds so great, make sure you are really that great. I am talking to you about the situation, seems like every uniform personnel in Singapore love personal attack. Please be more task orientated and think why people is late.
Bus 10 frequency is so infrequent. People might say please come early. Here why we are late. Last year we are told to come 15 mins earlier. So let say the session started at 7pm, got to reach by 6.45pm. But we got to wait till 7.30pm before it start. So got to wait 45 minutes?
Does the Khatib camp OC have a master degree? Why certain people reach Khatib camp from 7.16pm to 7.30pm are granted entry and some people are not?
