5th of January 2015 3.42pm at Novena MRT station towards Marina Bay. There is a wheel chair having problems boarding the MRT. The train platform is higher than station platform. The front wheels of the wheel chair is small. That station link to Tan Tock Seng. Where is the problem? Who want to Kee Chiu to do something?
