Sometimes I always heard those older generation say we younger generation got a lot of problems. We ask  too much questions. Compare to Foreign Talent, they do not ask and just do. But a lot of problem arises. So I think the older generations do not understand.

If a baby is born, do the parents auto teach the baby abc, or the baby will ask the parents to teach them abc?

Chinese are always self fish. That why they have a lot of problems. If there is 10 step to a skill, they only teach 9 step. That why so much stuff that is important is being lost. When I work in Sanmina, the manager ask me to implement process. Can. Give me $10k. If not employ Ang Moh or Japanese. You got so much Malaysian Engineer degree holder, their pay is higher, why not ask them. I am just a lowly paid engineering assistant. The concept of the manager is totally wrong. Even take ESD test, simple english they also do not understand but they have a degree. Imagine my english is already so poor and I can still judge people.

So why foreign talent don't ask so much? I cannot tell the answer to the older generation. They are so smart, they must ownself think.

We ask a lot of question because some of the things, the answer is already there. No need to go innovate new answer to create more problems. Shall we innovate a new set of abc?
