This is nonsense. I am just asking Great Eastern thru email how to do a claim. And they ask me for my NRIC, Date of Birth and Address. Although the email address is real, but how about the person they employ on the other side?
This is totally nonsense. They never narrow down to the number of person that can have access to information, how is it protection?
So what can Adam Tan do, by asking so much information? Can he allow me to do a claim without submitting any forms? If by asking so many information, and they can do background check, and I no need submit any forms, than I got nothing to say.
You must be wondering nowadays hospital plan do not need to submit any forms, it is all auto, what am I talking about, how about the pre and post bill?
