How come police can beat people or take out baton? Is there proof? There is so many technology, anything happen to the police? Is there still law? Is it worse than Amos Yee or Amy Cheong who just talk only?

One police tell you okay. After some time, happy happy, another police not okay. So what if the policeman take out baton happen outside years ago? And the best part is I called 999 on the spot and the senior police came down but nothing happen? Police? Can believe?
