Nowadays people are not flexible enough. When I go interview, they say I am too flexible. Your judging skill very good just because you got O'levels and a CEI cert from Singapore Polytechnic? If you are a engineer, you are petty over your PCB board at work, than fine. But when you lead people, you still use your petty skill just like you use on the PCB board? You dont know how to bend? Even resistor leg is flexible can bend and the main body is rigid. Resistor also know how to bend, you dont know?

Look like Low Thia Khiang is good. When I go to his meet the people session, everyone gave him the respect. Even when I talk to him, I got to gave him off 3 points. Though there is one aunty that really use shout one at him.

Sylvia Lim dont even call police when a Indian uncle shout at her.

No wonder people always say PAP not good. I starting to understand why. LHL is having a hard time. I control 3 family members already dying. He dont know need to control how many.

Maybe the person that hit Amos Yee is ask by other bad PAP members? And maybe LHL do not want sue Amos Yee but is other bad PAP members do it? Poor LHL. Because after I resign from Tampines HDB, the next day my uncle stall went on fire at Bishan. Who?

I haven see much leader in my life. It is like if there is person A and person B. Person A ability is 10 but no network and really focus on work. Person B ability is 5 but is cunning and got network.  So who is the company employing? Most of the time you see Person B excelling nowadays. But if the ability is only 5, that mean he/she do not know how to execute the work that is being assign. So what will happen to the company? That why Toshiba is moving out?
