Why humans is going against God even for the simplest reason?

Why must you smile when you go for interview even it is a sales job? Is the interviewer face very funny? Does it show that you are not serious? HR expert and Psychologist can say one way, why not say the other way?

Is the current way for writing resume efficient? If is is efficient, why is there fake degree and fake experience? How is it so useful when you go Singapore Poly and attain CEI when they do not have EQ?

O level can attain CEI and become recruiter. Does an O level have more experience than PMET? What does recruiter know? Other than doing cold calling? Does a recruiter know all computer knowledge when they are trying to place someone? How is it so that they are putting the right person in the right job?

I cant even find MOM Employ Agency and Personnel details now. They seem to have change the website. How do we know that we are talking to a right person? Are you going to remove the Personnel information from CEA? So that it is more difficult for people to verify who is a property agent? Is MOM trying to make a Singapore a more messy place?
