When I went to LTA interview, the guy ask me what am I doing in army. I told him my vocation, unit and I ride army bike. He ask me in exact detail what am I doing. So this guy went to army before? If not why can he work in LTA?

Last time in BMT, they say cant even wear uniform and go out. Must go home change. Because it is smart 4. Guess it is double standard army. Some get paid and relax and no worries. Some work so hard.

Nsmen no need work. Finish ICT (In camp training) and now must go for OCS (Out Camp Service). Male are salves in Singapore. If that is so, how is it in line with the guideline of MSF to be filial piety? Always go reservice, work in company that love FT, boss sack local for other reason, go report MOM, MOM say not because army you get sack cos your boss say other thing, find another FT to replace??????
