Singapore Police efficient? Do you know now if I go and kill someone and hang at Republic Ave, they cant find the killer?

So far all the success story, is it make up by Singapore Police? Or their own undercover create problems and than arrest his own friends? Actually it is a plot by the undercover? Own police create a problem and solve own crime?
