Singapore Police Coast Guard entangle with unknown boats for more the half an hour near our coast

This happen on the way  from Anchovale CC to Punggol Jetty. I stop there to talk with an uncle for quite some time. Proceed to Punggol Jetty for toilet break. When I cycle back, they are still there. During unexpected situation, when met with real situation, our police do no dare to show the aggressiveness. If it is a commoner, they are dead. Saw a few times myself.

There is 2 Police Coast Guard Boat and 2 unknown boat. The other pair is further back.

Why people go to prison? Is it a setup? When I was talking to the uncle. He told me his Singaporean friend bought a boat in Malaysia. Drive the boat from Malaysia to Singapore Pasir Ris Park. When I was in Tampines HDB, there was one police who got a ticket and ask me how to use the system to appeal. He said that normally he wont got a ticket as he knew the enforcer. I was there for only 4 months. Go check. Our police damn great what.

When I went to Sengkang Polyclinic for my broken knuckle, they told me it is okay. Look at the quality of healthcare in Singapore. It is not affordable, and we have lousy doctor who failed to diagnose problem.

Only one bad experience at Sengkang Polyclinic. Hougang Polyclinic is the worst. Every time got bad experience. There is even one the doctor wear an army uniform and shouting at a old man. Because the old man is old, cannot hear, the doctor call so many time. Doctor? My foot? Why can't we abuse people who are working but doctor can abuse people and police can abuse people. Full of shit.

PRC at OSM say HDB outside is nice but inside rotten to the core. Everyone always think we got good life here. Very good life in fact.
