When I was in 4SAB, one of my friend call a CSM bulldog. That CSM anyhow throw extra duties to me for problem created by Stanford and Wong Han Xian? Joke. Who want pass IPPT? Ownself pass. Those who are Officer previously, now in reservice, can't even pass IPPT. Officer calibre? Our Mindef scholar, psychologist and what etc choose the correct people for correct position?
