Studio apartment $100,000 / 30 years / 12 = $277.78
4 room flat $300,000 / 99 years / 12 = $252.53
Assuming all pay one shot. Studio apartment is one shot must pay right?
So every SA earn $25.25 per month x 12 x 30 = $9090 multiply by number of studio apartment in Singapore?
For 4 room flat, there is compound interest of 2.6%. We don't have 2.5% of $300,000 in CPF OA. So government earn more than 0.1%?
That mean we lose and they win win for both SA category and 4 room flat category?
So if you sell first flat, pay levy, and you loan again, plus renovation, who wins?
